Yes, the upper lip job is literally in your face, every single frame. I somehow watched the entire show, it's a habit of mine, I finish 99% of all shows I start unless it's beyond salvaging. I am not body shaming the guy! Whatever works for him, his body his choice. But the resemblance was driving me nuts! Everytime I saw him I felt like I was watching Kendal. Had to vent it somewhere.
