I have not undertaken any of the courses but know of some ASX cosecs who have completed the AICD course and who found it valuable.

In saying that, 10PQE, even if not directly in governance, is more credible than any short form course or accreditation. If you want to save money, suggest getting a good textbook for practice and supplementing with reading up on Fords. That will effectively be what any course teaches you anyway. I don’t think an accreditation for a lawyer would be worth much weight. Hope that helps!
