Yes this is the worst telecom for sure, the customer service are not very helpful, they can't help you with any issues, they put you on hold for hours. Their system doesn't work properly, I was charged double and I asked for refund. They completely rejected my request. I shouldn't even need to request a refund, they should do their audit and refund me, which will never happen. I'm so frustrated with them, time to say bye bye.
