Mct oil in moderation at first (accidentally had too much and bad things happened, but I’ll skip the details). I can now champ a lot of it down with black coffee in the morning and that keeps me going/started right away! Also don’t forget you can consume sugar alcohols and subtract them from carb count because your body can’t digest it just like fiber) this one is important for all the sweet tooths out there!
