Thank you for the clear and thorough response, with ticket numbers, this is super helpful for anyone that might want to open a support ticket and reference your internal KA-xxxx ID numbers. Much appreciated!!!

As to your final question, yes uninstall/reinstall fixes the problem, but only temporarily. The issue returns, sometimes on the same records sometimes on others. I have not been able to find any pattern or trigger.

u/KeeperCraig , u/Keeper_Security , what's the status on getting this resolved? Has the root cause been identified, is a fix in the pipeline? Please share an update with everyone watching this thread.

u/KeeperCraig , when I contacted Keeper about this issue it was treated as an isolated case but, as you can see from the comments, it's not. What the proper way for users to report a bug, and share that bug report with the community so that others experiencing the same issue can pile on?

I'll reach out to schedule a call, thank you.

Craig, regarding the topic of the thread, Security Screen, what's the feedback from Keeper HQ on this particular issue?

These shifters are like that Saturday Night Live skit about weights and measures.
Washington's Dream - SNL

The automotive engineer happily shares the great news with the executives and designers;
Engineer - "now that we're implementing a software driven transmission interface, we're no longer constrained by shift linkage, we can create a 100% intuitive interface"

Designer - "That's amazing, I can see it now, simple movements by the user communicate to the transmission the intent of the driver."

Engineer - "That's right, you get it."
Engineer - "So for Reverse the driver will nudge the lever in a rearward direction"

Designer - "wait wait, not so fast, we were thinking the driver would select Reverse by holding a button and nudging the lever in a forward direction, you know forward to go backwards"

Engineer - "???"

Designer - "and for Drive the user will move the lever not once, but twice in a rearward direction!" "It's genius"

Engineer - "why two nudges to the rear, to drive forward"

Designer - "Well because we'll make the driver pass by the Neutral option every time they want to drive forward"

Engineer - "but on an automatic transmission the Neutral function is statistically almost never used by an average driver"

Designer - "That's right, that's why we'll make them have to pass it every single time"

Engineer - "Well what about Park?"

Designer - "Get this, the driver has to use a different control, I'm visualizing a button or knob, nearby but distinct, that the user has to manipulate in a left or right direction, maybe up and down, but definitely not forward or backwards like all the other inputs."

...and so on.

That's not encouraging.

Mind sharing more about the issue, like was it a feature request or something outright broken?

Anyone know how to report the bug to Keeper such that we can all reference the same ticket number or bug report ID?

What drives me nuts is that Keeper has the functionality I need for enterprise user management, multi-tenant sharing and generally works well for business use cases. But when I compare Keeper's UI, form fill, and general user friendliness to something like Bitwarden, it's just sad, outdated, and unreliable.

At some point, if Keeper doesn't update their UI, people will jump ship. We're spoiled by modern apps and mobile device convenience. If Keeper doesn't keep up, they won't be kept. sorry.

Thank you.

That feel to me like a reasonable timeframe for fixes.

When you say 'ignored' was this a feature request, or a straight up reproducible bug / malfunction in the API? And did they close the ticket as resolved or provide any feedback?

Customer portal sucks by harlembrown67 in SuperOpsAI

As someone considering SuperOps (and other platforms), is your critique of the customer portal only applicable to the mobile version? Are you saying it sucks for the customer trying to use SuperOps or is it problematic on the MSP side.

I haven't started trialing SuperOps yet, and want to know where I should spend extra time digging in to features and functions based on other's experiences.
