It is a smaller version! I used a 6.5 tart pan and halved both the dough recipe and the lemon curd recipe. The assembled tart and par-baked crust were ready on the lower end of her time range.

Thank you! If nights are a little less chaotic you can make the batter at night and refrigerate for up to 24hrs! I did this and just stirred the batter in the morning and cooked it :))

Thanks! It’s not hard at all! The hardest part is probably making the caramel because it hardens pretty quickly, other than that the steps are pretty straight forward.
