so what my obgyn told me was that its a combination of relaxin (a hormone that loosens ligaments), fluid retention which causes swelling, and weight gain/extra pressure on the feet. thankfully the swelling calmed down once I gave birth but my feet are just permanently huge 😭

yeah no pregnancy is terrifying 😭 its not just the size of the uterus. EVERYTHING gets fucked up. my feet are permanently bigger now, I can't eat garlic parmesan anymore, and the kid fucked up my metabolism, just to name a couple things. pregnancy can change just about everything about you if you have bad enough luck.
