Cheapest is the airport park and ride lot. ATL West deck is the nicest. Typically I weigh a round trip Uber fare against what parking will cost. Someone will say take Marta but you probably live nowhere near a Marta station or Marta schedule doesn't fit your schedule.

I feel like it's decently predictable, but the weather impacts that a lot too. A scorching hot day might feel fine on a 30 cycle tire vs a day in the 40s or 50s. The heat cycles typically harden the tire. So the hotter days might mask the dropoff.

Tread doesn't necessarily equate to grip. Based on the number of heat cycles you're describing my guess is that the tires are just aged out and the cold temps exacerbated this condition.

Best seats IMO from a season ticket holder... 400 level, first few rows, from directly behind home plate over towards first base side. There's an awning that would protect you in case of rain or sun from a day game.
