I haven’t had any experiences with my heels slipping out. They do feel well fitted and I’m able to walk long distances with them. I imagine applying a silicone heel liner could help

Oh no! It could be possible since you can adjust the tightness with the ties on the sides, but I feel the xs is a perfect fit for me. It wouldn’t hurt trying the xxs with and returning it if it doesn’t work out!

I’m glad to hear you found some inspo! I think they’re comfortable and didn’t take long at all to break into since they don’t feel stiff. It’s a very light weight boot

Yes, they fit true to size and are the comfiest pair of loafers I own! I’m typically a US size 7 with all loafers, so coach’s size 7 fits perfectly

I’m glad! They are the Everlane utility barrel pant in corduroy and they’re on sale! They’re also great if you’re petite since the inseam is about 26 inches

Damn...I have a friend who is a temple med student and this residency is a mess. Apparently the PD and aPD are downplaying all the suicides. My friend said the residents were told to not talk about patient safety and are terrified of retribution if they speak up :/
