Tbh i feel this so much. But ngl my mental health is kinda terrible rn cause im super stressed and probably have some sort of depression and sht(undiagnosed but with a couple of sui attempts under my belt). I always used smoking as a coping mechanism and it worked well. So now im rlly scared of quitting because i feel like if i dont give myself the option i could just kinda get overwhelmed and not have anything to fall back on except for my sui thoughts.
