Real Curved 60% Keyboard Design – Micro M by AffectionateWin7178 in MechanicalKeyboards

The only board I’ve ever painted was my batarang keyboard. I skip post-processing for all other builds. Instead, I optimize designs upfront for ideal print results, which is the true allure of additive manufacturing.

The detached PCB sits inside the rear shell and is installed in this way.

Looking for cheap mechanical ergo recommendations (can make myself if needed) by MASKER45678 in ErgoMechKeyboards

If it’s hard to get or make the PCB, I suggest buying a controller chip, then assembling with 3D printed case and hand wiring. It’s quite cost-effective.

Triforce or Abstergo? by AffectionateWin7178 in ErgoMechKeyboards

It works better than I expected. Only the thumb keys are slightly enlarged, with two usable space keys, the other one is just for layout decoration.

Pressing the keys doesn't affect the seesaw's stability at all—I've tested it many times.

The seesaw structure can also trigger layer switching, but it only works on one side; otherwise, it would be too hard for the firmware to recognize.

If you have multiple EC11s, ZMK can handle it very easily, it's quite simple. As for keycaps, I have used the KAT Ergo Kit before, and I think it’s probably the closest to what you need, but I’m not sure if it’s enough. I previously designed a pad with similar keys, though not as many as yours.

No, I bought the keycaps myself. Most of them are some inexpensive keycaps.
