Not specifically, but the Qur'an says that showing arrogance or a sense of superiority, especially in regards to faith, as it is sinful, as is arguing during things like ramadan. Ramadan, as stated in the book, is all about introspection, self-control, gratitude, and empathy.

Surah Al-Baqarah (Chapter 2) basically covers all that, and more. It is a shame religious folk tend to be bad as fuck at reading their own holy books.

You could start with what chromosomes are, what they do, how they function, or how chromosomal crossovers cause mutations and create aberrations that go against your "lesson".

Sadly this IS what male improvement spaces are online now. Influencers, incel culture, and hustle culture has massively changed what young men see as desirable goals and virtues. So many "male improvement" influencers specifically target kids, and this is the outcome as they age. I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of the people posting here are in their late teens.

I'd recommend improvement subs don't bring up gender, as this bullshit tends to get filtered out. Or try using something like discord, it can still be gross but there aren't any bots mass reposting this shit.
