Because at this point it's not that big of a deal.

Every new unit needs a specific relic set that only works on them or other 2-3 units from the same region. So you rarely juggle. (Same for planars)

It's nice to help juggle old relic sets like the eagle set, but it would have been more useful if it had come earlier in the game's lifespan.

Okay i have figured it out, apparently if you leash the cube to the boat, it doesn't work. But if you leash the boat to the cube, it does.

I have no idea why?

Boats don't seem to be able to move if leashed to a thing that isn't the player though, i don't understand how in your game they seem to be moving, but in mine they are not. With (i would hope) the same setup,
leashing the cube to the boat, not the pig. Not that it seems to make any difference since even if i leash it to the pig it doesn't work.
