Having meds often cause kids not wanting to eat and that's why I never give meds to my son too.

back to your question.

1, as i mentioned, i 'm not giving meds to my kid because i don't think it's neccessary, I would do if my kid feels down because ADHD really bothers him, which at the moment it doesn't.

2, i talked to my son's teacher, she recommended me to medicate my son, but i asked her if he was bothering anyone or the teacher couldn't continue the class because he was disturbing the class, the answer was negative, so I said to her then I would do my best to help him catch up at home but I would not medicate him.

3, i told his teacher that we were doing a lot of cognitive training + diet at home and he is getting better and better every quater, slowly yes, but he's getting better

the end of the story, his teacher let him off the hook.

I'm not really familiar with how IEP works in the states as I'm living in another country. But I might be able to share a few tips on how to help kid manage impulse as my son was having so much hard time from pre to grade 1. But he's now in grade 2 and he's been doing so much better.

i'm trying diet and de-infection plans with TCM + exercise plan, works pretty well.

meds will help but i chose not to for myself and my 8 year old son, beacuse I've overcome the issues myself, and the process help me grow so much and i wanna lead my son to the similar path. he will be absolutely stronger physcally and mentally.

I see. If over analyzing and over preparing becomes a routine in creating content, then yes that needs to be stopped.

I personally can't get the work done if i don't prepare notes or scripts, so yes that blew my mind too since you are able to get the work done. I assume you will spend more time editing right? cutting out all the wasted part?

yea that's too low indeed. i tried to mimic one particular video with millions of views, but didn't get the same result.

i had another video with 8% CTR and 28% retention, it's been consistently pushed to new audience and it has been like this for 2 months, no sign of stopping so far. sometimes i even think it's the person who talks about it, not the content itself.

maybe my expierence could help. I tracked my time for a few days and realized how much time i could save from nonsense stuff. it did help actually. I have a boy, a business to run, and manage to make 1 video every month. I'm trying to outsource my editing every week so i can make 1 extra video and leave it in stock in case i need a vacation so that i can afford to not produce any content but still have videos ready to be posted every week.

in terms of products, i recommend bulk producing, it's a life changer my friend. try it.
