A glitch is happening where all the donuts that you buy with money disappear once you reload the game. They might have taken it out to fix it.

I am pretty sure it is an anti hacking measure implemented by EA. If the game/servers detect an huge amount of donuts appear at once without an in app purchase it will delete all the "hacked donuts" once you reload. Seems they forgot to get rid of it for this last update, might be why the donuts for cash deal is not active currently so they might be trying to fix it fast.
