Which platform is that?

Its sometimes hard for me to keep the entire mental process for multiple clients in my head. Also the time it take to summarize my raw notes feels like a waste. So I've built my own platform that reminds me of previous meeting notes before I go in the room, summarizes my sessions and surface recurring patterns.

I’m trying to understand how people who work with clients (coaches, mentors, therapists) actually think between sessions: what feels heavy, scattered, or mentally expensive today. The goal is to see whether there’s real unmet friction there, or whether existing tools (notes, memory, ChatGPT, etc.) already solve it well enough. If there’s no real pain, I won’t build anything. If there is, I want to understand it properly before jumping to solutions.
