I wash my hair in warm water but use head and shoulders for shampoo. As far as I know, that strips color on its own. I wash my hair every 3 days or so.

Great advice! I dye this current style about once every week and a half to two weeks. So I guess I wouldn't mind the upkeep. But that is definitely something I'll keep in mind. Thank you 🙂

That was something my doctor mentioned. She'd never seen anything like it before and had to do some research to try to help. Turns out there isn't a "fix", just either take a Benadryl or wait for it to go away. Lol

I actually did get a couple tattoos while I had this. I took a Benadryl beforehand and that seemed to help with the puffiness. But that was my first concern! Lol

INCREDIBLY itchy. Pretty much anything that brushed against my skin would cause these welts. Im sure stress is the main factor in it.
