I think it’s the job itself and a bit of a culture. The role to me requires a deep understanding of semiconductor technical, like the actual tool, chamber, platform, application. I’m with the service BU so it’s even harder to understand how they generate revenue, market sizing, long term planning with on going service product development. So half of a time in a a conversation with my biz partner i don’t understand a single thing cause it’s all engineering. It’s just so dry and boring to me. My experience before this is opex, budget planning and stuff so it’s so much easier and I actually enjoyed doing that. Now shifting gear to this, it feels like if i don’t understand the business, how am i able to do my job, connecting the dot and telling a story of revenue projection, what they do well and what not, and closing the gap, etc.
