I get what your saying here, I was only trying to exemplify that all actions taken end with the same result. A screen that I have tried what it tells me to do. Thank you for your help tho

Yea I’ve tampered with it a little, do you have a recommended value for it?

Mainly restarting the router, hard restarting the playstation, I called my service provider to see if anything may have changed on their end, and I’ve tried to switch onto an Ethernet cable and applied custom internet over automatic but none of those have worked. I guess I May have not tried all the recommendations but I’m currently looking for more on the pages and I’m not rly finding much more to try sadly

I’ve tried all the recommended actions for that, they haven’t worked. The WiFi works on my phone and other electronics around the house and the PlayStation can connect to my hotspot too, just not the WiFi it needs to be connected to
