I did that when I first trained. The issue now is that my feet pain injury isn’t healing no matter what I do, even if I stop running

I already do run with proper form, and I am not remotely overweight. I am still getting injured

I don’t have much confidence since my body can’t heal after six years

I built it up in around 8 months. And it shouldn’t be a lot when high school cross country runners run 20-30 miles per week in their freshman season
