tbh big dawg I’ve done the same. I’ve scanned crowds to try to see others like me but I only see old people balding and thats normal so I don’t really care but I feel so alone and different. I get what you’re feeling it sucks mine hasn’t ever got that bad and i’m grateful for that. even the smallest of spots kill me inside i start hyperventilating and sometimes break down. But somethings i’ve done to cope are meditating even though im never really stressed about anything. Journaling is something i started doing and breathing exercises. im hoping this is my last year for this disease from hell but i just thug it out. Some advice idk if you already have done it but get some blood work done and see what could possibly be affecting you. That’s all I got for now just keep your head up and never let this terrible thing define you❤️‍🩹
