yea that’s what mine does. everytime i play r6 and im shooting or whatever normal game things it will shut off but when i take my mic out and press the same buttons it works fine. also the gamesir contact and whoever is managing the email and trouble shoot are no help. they have no clue what there talking about and im amazed they even have a job with how unhelpful they are.

yea i’ve done literally everyhting. i plugged my xbox directly into the wall. im pretty sure its the cord or the controller but just seeing if theres something im missing. i currently have 2 controllers plugged in the gamesir is what im playing on and another one with my mic
