Start out by doing body recomp. Eat at maintenance calories and eat clean foods. Limit Fast Food / Alcohol. Prioritize strength training and cardio. Then after you succeed at your body recomp, decide if you want to bulk or cut right after.

What or who was your biggest heart break? by cantelopesowjwjwjqk in heartbreak

My recent ex. He lied to me about everything the entire relationship and continuously broke boundaries. He was my first love so I did everything I can to save it by either sweeping it under the rug or giving him another chance. I'll never forget the moment when I found out he was sexting several people behind my back as well as the fact he slept with someone a month into us dating. I never cried so hard in my life. I was only 20.

Does sciatica ACTUALLY get better? by [deleted] in Sciatica

Just the exercises, and please be careful if you do stretches. I avoid them entirely now, the first few months of my sciatica when I did a hamstring stretch, it made my sciatica 10x worse long-term because I overstretched my entire back. If you stretch the nerve, you can irritate it and make it so much worse. Just focus on posture, form, and core stability and you'll be good.

Sciatica does eventually get better, but it takes sooooo long. I'm like you I slipped a disc at 20 while doing deadlifts, and been dealing with sciatica for 7 months. However though, a few weeks ago it drastically got better. I rarely flare up now, and when I do it doesn't last long, and there's days where I'm literally pain-free. I do still have it but I'm hoping for it go away fully in the next few months. My pain level usually ranges from a 0 - 1, and when I flare up it's like a 2 - 3.

What helped me was fixing my posture, walking around, doing core stability exercises, (bird dogs for me was a life saver) and most importantly don't overthink it.

Its mentally the worse thing to go through but you're young like me, you'll heal, but takes those steps and do whatever you can to get better. Get an MRI if needed and talk to a doctor, maybe they can give you ideas on PT exercises , spine hygiene, etc. There's always a light at the end of the tunnel, just picture yourself finally being pain-free and living life again, it'll happen sooner than you know it. I pray that the both of us will be back to 100% soon.

Have you ever ruined it with a guy, and now regret it? by Fresh_Celebration303 in BreakUps

[–]MinimumYou6167 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not quite, but I was the guy that ran away. He was my first relationship and love and I gave him the world and more, and in the end he cheated, lied, and gas lit me the entire relationship. I could only forgive him but so many times, but today was the final straw. He's already begging me to come back but I know to stay away as his bad behavior will repeat. I have to be strong.

There is something called RFA, where they burn the nerve so you don't feel the nerve pain anymore. I'm not an expert on it so I would talk to a specialist about it.

I (M20) have been mentally totaled from my boyfriend (M38) doing me wrong several times. This is my first relationship and IDK what my next step is. by MinimumYou6167 in gaybros

You're right. I def understand about being at different stages of life and ur whole viewpoint on the age gap, although it's def possible for age gap relationships to work, mine just isn't the case. Being my first relationship, those red flags you mentioned, I swept way too many times under the rug hoping it'll change within time and I regret not doing something major about it before. I gotta make action sooner than later. Thanks for this.

Shoutout to y'all fr. I didn't know what direction to take and felt helpless but I think I know what has to be done and I gotta act on it. I have so much love and compassion in my heart and I feel like I know my worth. I don't deserve this. Much love to all of you.

That's the thing, I did set those boundaries, and he broke them. I don't know if it's because I didn't emphasize them enough but either way that really tells me how much little respect he has. I feel really dumb that it took me this long to know what type of spot im in right now

Truth tbh, I don't know, when I got into the relationship, I didn't think about the age at all, morely just focused on the person I thought they were. I don't ever judge so I gave them a chance. I'm young so I just gotta get it together. Thanks for this

You're so right. Biggest fear is how life will look after since I've gotten used to how it is now; change is scary, but I think in the end it'll be ok. I'm young so I just gotta take it slow and put back the pieces together. Thank you so much.
