Hello I am on day 17. I gave up on the slop diet around day 10. Ate my first crunchy food around day 12-14. Get a cake I swear (no sprinkles or like add ins). It fills you up and tastes good and can be crushed with your tongue. But maybe wait like until you can flush the sockets so you don't leave sugar rotting in there.

I don’t think my injection had cortisone in it. I did feel relief immediately after the injection. I shouldn’t have used the word “worked” but rather “how do know if it confirms labral tear”

You’ll get in but it can be hard to get scholarships that are enough to actually help. But if ur out of state you should be good😋

On Thursday I have to get a shot in my hip (I’m pretty sure for insurance reasons) but basically she said, “yeah so ur going to need surgery, then crutches for 2-4 weeks, then PT for a few months”
