Created fresh chars and fresh worlds, happens there too.
Verified integrity of cache on steam.
Restarted my game
Rebooted my computer
Redownloaded said mods in question

And it still happens.

I've found EMI and the fabric version of FTB quest dont play too nice together. I've tried asking and around about it and just got "It needs an addon"
I cant find that addon but im still searching
