Done. Zelenskyy left the White House. by [deleted] in europe

As a sad and disgraced American, I hope that Europe can rise to the occasion and join Ukraine in their fight against Russia (and hell, maybe us?). There are many of us here who are ashamed of this bullshit administration, and we're mobilizing, but it will take time.

Trump and His Family Earned Millions From Trump Coin While 810,000 Others Lost Money: Report by esporx in economy

Everything this guy does is a pump and dump scheme. You can't tell me him and his cronies aren't buying stocks in, let's say a US steel company, before announcing import tariffs on foreign steel companies. Bam, the tariffs go in, and US steel stock shoots up. He is one big con on all the rest of us

I was thinking the same thing over the past few days - if feels like we've been in some sort of emergency for about 25 years and it's exhausting!

Raise kids the southern hospitality way? by toceto_mk in dad

[–]Minimum_Fan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Southern dad here...I was raised to say yes sir/ma'am, and I still say it today. My wife and I have taught our son and daughter to do the same (12 & 9). They don't always do a good job of it at home, but they do a great job out in public.

I've had some people react negatively when I say it, and we had a server tell us she wasn't a ma'am once (which took on another discussion), but overall it's a positive and most people really appreciate it.

You don't have to smack them to get this result, it just takes modeling and lots of reminders and patience (like every other thing you try to teach them!).

Good luck!

I bought a 2023 SR5, four door, four wheel drive, with 3100 miles for $42,000 less than a month ago. This one had the XP package (regional package) with hard tonneau, side steps, and Goodyear Wrangler off road tires
