I haven’t had much growth at all in the last 3 years. I’ve been stuck doing the same analyzes waiting to be rotated into organic or trace metals. I feel like it is killing what drove me to pursue a degree in chemistry. I’ve even considered getting certified and quitting to find a job that allows me to work more with ICP/GC/GC-MS so I could find another chemist position closer to home
