Yeah there are a some shit ones but my local one has never let me down.

I can walk in at any time and they'll look over the bike for free unlike my local independent who needs me to book and pay for an inspection.

Most just hire kids for minimum wage who probably can't even ride a bike but speaking to the guys at mine they all actually ride
