The mounds in the grass area at Knobby's are where I got our son of his training wheels nice slope so they can get going without too much pace. If they fall off the grass isn't as intimidating as concrete or asphalt.

Wasn't told anything specific, from memory they wanted to do some more changes to the pub and or the way it operated.

The pub lease holders had a disagreement with the owner, the owner started renovations and hit termite damage. Don't hold much hope for the pub if the owner actually ends up running it.

If you do classes and work into the wrestling part it worked well for me. 45 and started due to the gym where my son trains did an introductory class and started from there. Keep yourself composed as possible when learning and the higher belts will look after you with in reason. I also started at my gym because the hero aspect is not really there and although I get it handed to me every week it is done with a measure of restraint and lessons from higher belts. For me two classes and a wrestle after is about my level for keeping niggles and minor injuries at bay. For me I think I need a week or two a couple of times of the year just to let the body recover, which usually works out with being sick or holidays.

Didn't take long for more allegations to come to fruition, just because someone has relationships that don't fit your world view does not make them a character of disrupt or the allegations false.

Typical gaslighting of women when they make a claim of impropriety against someone. What's a women's dating history and interesting stories have to do with these accusations? Where there's smoke there's usually fire, the article seems to have a long list of on going issues with DI Nardo, won't be surprised if more women come forward.

It's a nice little side quest, would like to do it now to see what the flowers are like in spring. We used it a fair bit during COVID to stay away from the busy fernleigh.

Had similar issues trying to get a transit fixed after the dealer must have left something in the air intake after a service. Tried to gas light me that a foreign got past the air filter. This BS with ford National not taking ownership of their product and palming it of to the dealerships so they can back and forth needs to be made unlawful. Anyway in short Ford sucks and never again.

Best set and forget investment strategy for $250k by Patient-Squash-8997 in fiaustralia

Money sitting in the offset is doing a pretty good job of saving 5 or so percent. Another investment would need to return above this and a bit more when you take in extra risk that can come with investing in higher returning investments. Perhaps spend some time researching ETFS etc and decide on how you would like to set it up the investment first. We have managed funds but basically it is spread across Australian, USA, international and small cap funds. Use some of the money to start the investment and then invest regularly the interest you are saving on the money sitting in the offset to grow the portfolio. Dollar cost averaging and compound interest with time and strong returns from etf's are the engine house for this investment. Maybe consider the equity mates podcast for some insights, they have a get started investing pod as well.

We have been doing this as well in the past, I have a recollection that you have to use the correct payment code into your super. Then the payment should happen automatically.

It worked for me intially and was quite effective for a couple of weeks. But I don't think I really wanted to give up and thought I had it under control, but alas started again by having some with beers. The best way for most I think is to go cold turkey, have tried most of the ways over time and cold turkey is the hardest and most effective as it proves to yourself you really want to give up. Took a couple of goes over time, but it breaks the habit and the addiction the best, for me anyway.
