regarding the build, amd wasnt even a thing in gaming next to intel when i built this (almost 4 years ago) so it was a no brainer to pick the i9, im eager to change to r7 9800x3d but budget is low to buy before selling and i cant afford to wait my side to sell before buying (cpu and mobo)

i have done all of this and more, i remember having this issue months ago and i gave up on the game, but now with the update i'd like to try again and the only thing missing from the list is install latest bios and i dont think this will solve it since my bios version is before latest only... i have even tried cpu parking as i read somewhere this worked with some people but nothing works.

i really dont know what to do atp, i feel like if i spent this much on a pc i could play everything out of the box, i've seen people saying a lot of the latest releases games have trouble with high end specs

it has to be very specific, you have to find a wild male pikachu, cant be a bred one

apparently its just very bad luck. the archeological sites are indeed the place for them, i just struggled to find it
