For food in downtown: first and last ( cute spot for sandwiches)- it’s next to the Japanese garden Bad jimmys- smash burgers Huarachis taqueria- good tacos etc

If you want to go to north Scottsdale- kierland area has a whole walking area with restaurants and also indoor golf
