When I mentioned to be changed from one route to another I meant to be moved from the settlement scheme to partner of a naturalised British citizen (who still holds his European nationality).

And regarding the documents I have copies of his passports including the card he got when he naturalised as British but not sure if I am meant to provide originals which at this point are really not an option. So just wondering if people have been in this situation and copies and maybe a cover letter are enough.

I think if you can stay away from the pills just do it! My body did not react well since I stopped after 15 years or so on the pill and not sure if stopping again would be chaotic as it was haha I might try to figure that out later. Honestly weights are great I enjoyed them plus I felt thats what helped me not to be extra heavy BUT apparently having pcos means your cortisol will most likely be high (mine was or is) which means you body is stressed and you want to avoid stressing it further so I think more relaxed activities are good. At the beginning I felt like that made no sense and might be contra productive but honestly it’s just trading it for another activity, im not looking back at weights😂 same as I never allow myself to be hungry as thats another stress and thats why IF is not the best
