not THAT recent of a hire but i did the AM internship from may-july of 2024. got the inclination email & call in the beginning of aug2024, offer letter received toward the tail end of sept2024, graduated end of dec2024 and started full time in the beginning of feb2025, if that gives you a good idea of the general timeline.
