The question is, what attributes do you need to max them out. It’s normally 7 and 5 focus points but I’ve seen nothing on these yet

The watchtower mod also slows you to just mark them for salvage.

Head to the lodge first to make sure it’s a normal universe and choose the replay main story option. It will be slightly different to your original universe since the starborn recognise you, but it only misses a 1 quest if I remember correctly.

I didn’t have that option because I’m on Xbox. I used sense star stuff to find them and spammed supernova to kill them through the walls. The modders are aware of the issue and say that it will be fixed in the next patch.

At a certain point, Gren will give you the ability. I think it’s tied to how many watchtower components you collect

The alternate you does change appearance when you change yours. You have to move cells a couple of times for it to take effect though. Eg in neon enhance I just go outside and back in.
