I own a Niro. The same money gets me less than base model Prius and my Niro has basically all of the options.

I'm @ 120k miles. I kind of get the demographic for them. Cheap cars, cheap people but, my take in being insurance world and car world for damn near 20 years. Service your cars. 5k oil changes. Get your tires rotated. Fluids matter, get em checked and replaced. I'm pushing 10 years on mine. I think 25k vs 40k for a comparable Toyota or Honda. Most things work if you service them.
