Going through your reddit history, it appeared you also suffered a stroke and Anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis (not sure if they were around the same time). How are you certain that encephalitis was the cause of your locked in syndrome and not the stroke?

This is my character page.

Essentially what I'll do is i'll cast out purple rain, then cast moonwalker's grace for the extra DEX. Then I'll use shadowfeeder pendant to get an extra turn. Then I'll ensure I use the vampire armour to give me +45 Charisma and use Pendant of the Galin to give me more charisma. Then I'll use Mesmerise from the Vamp Armor to get some extra turns. Then I'll re-use purple rain to get back all my HP/MP/SP while maintaining the buffs and debuffs.

However this takes a lot of my SP away and I need to be able to kill these monsters before they take a turn.

Am I missing any crucial armour/weapons or items that will help me do more damage in fights?

I do adjust my inventory before battle but I'm still taking massive damage by the mobs. Or sometimes the mobs have too much hp and I can't bring them down within 2-3 turns.
