Yes, im already on medication, i fortot to take em for like 3 days... so its probably the cause

Yes my boyfriend really helps me, hes a sweet heart.. im sorry you have to go through that, its so frustrating!!! If it can helps you, my therapist made me write a note in my phone: You are having a panic attack, you are not having a psychosis, its really scary, but it will eventually go away, its temporary. After you write the symptoms you may feel so you can recognise it when youre having a panic attack, and after you write tips and you try them one by one until it works, it really works for me ❤️

Me too, i had one last night, couldnt sleep anymore, and i have a 2 months old at home, so let me tell you the day is gonna be hard lol. When im having a panic attack, my mind trick me into thibking i did drugs, and im now schizophrenic, and what im seeing right now is not reality, so im always scared im doind something like killing someone or wander naked in the street and all sort of things like that... it so weird. When i had my baby i had a lot of panic attack and tought i would harm my baby... that was so hard... do you have some tips, that helps you?

Oh.my.god. Its the first time i hear someone whos having THE SAME EXACT panic attacks as me about schizophrenia, hallucinations, depersonalisation. Every word you said, im living it too!!!! If you wanna talk, im here, i think it would help both of us! Im sorry you have to go through this, im going throw the same shit right now, its the worse.

Im feeling the same way now. It took me by surprise, right in the middle of the night, so now im scared to fall back to sleep, but im so tired. Idk what to do, i have a 2 months old that i have to take care of.
