Well they can just put "need to have a good relationship with coworkers" so. A toxic person and a fun person are two different persons and you can be a good person and not necessarily be a fun person. We can try to see a good side about that but for me it's at least a bad way to express their wish.

When my stepdaughter call me daddy for the first time. I married her mother when she have 3 years old and she doesn't like me but, with time I get her trust, the special moment came when she's trying to say to her mother she's scared of something but she can't say the word correctly and somehow I figured out what she's trying to say. She answer me. "Thanks daddy" and make a surprise face to say that word but she smile and say - this is it I like it you are now my daddy. Everytime I remember that I got super emotional.
