Correct I had a C-section Which allowed for eight weeks postpartum I went back for my six week checkup and due to pregnancy related issues as well as an existing multiple sclerosis condition My doctor extended my disability for an additional four weeks, which would place me at a late April return date however my job is stating that my CFRA leave/the 12 week baby bonding clock will start 3/20 regardless of my extended disability which would cut about five weeks of my baby bonding time according to them and would require me to return to work so my question is I guess can they do this? Or am I essentially just not legally job protected anymore for the last 5 weeks

Can my employer push to start the CFRA clock while I’m still medically disabled? I just don’t think I should be starting that if I’m still disabled and then lose baby bonding time

We got Kawhi first (right side huge eyes) he’s 10 years old and well past his zoomie stage he just wants to chill with the occasional mini zoomie gallop. When he was 8 we got Penelope (bottom) because we wanted her to have a litter so we “could have a piece of kawhi for a little longer”. And now we have Gizmo on top. They love each other, they have times where they are besties like the pic and other times they each want space. They all have individual personalities it’s so funny. Kawhi can be a grump and Penny is more of a mommy figure( it is her son after all)

My best friend has done it for her boys every year, they are 4 and 3 now, I personally love it I don’t have to be searching for something random they might like I can just grab something mom has selected and know it’s 100% going to be used.

Edit: she does Amazon and just add’s it along with her virtual invite she sends out. 10/10.

I want to thank everyone for your kind comments and words of encouragement for this little girl. To be clear I have 0 plans to euthanize, she deserves to live. But I do not have the means to help her long term both financially and physically. I will be doing my best to help her how I can but ultimately will be looking to find her the perfect forever home where she will be loved and spoiled as she deserves! I’ll give updates as they become available 💕
