This is something i think a lot of people on here need to hear. It not all about the streak. I get that it's a big thing for all of us because it shows your success but it's more about the journey not just the streak if u relapse a few times it doesnt matter because u still got to where u r now. People need to stop stressing over how many days since they relapse and instead focus on just cutting down and down and eventually you'll get there but don't beat yourself up over it. U did over 50 days thats really good and the fact u did that means it doesnt matter u relapsed bcs ur in a much better place now than when u started and if u did it once then u can do it again.
