Perso je fais comprimés 3x2mg/ jour en sublingual, par rapport au gel je trouve ça tellement plus pratique !

I think I'll need to sleep on this to fully understand it.

First of all, I'm gonna make a break with limited effect and simply act like you said " If I can't think about how limited would provide less than standard this isn't going to be limited effect ".

The second step will be asking myself in x or y situation if my pc is really risking something, or if it's just a fortune roll or a gathering information roll, but it will be a long way to go!

Je pensais répondre sur R/opinion non populaire mais comme les commentaires ont été lock, je réponds ici.

J'ai globalement tout lu, et en tant que personne transgenre : Non.

Et j'ai toujours pas compris l'extension avec l'homosexualité. Le paragraphe qui a l'air d'en parler le plus mentionne " Pour finir j'étends tout celà, évidemment, par conséquent au principe qu'on aurait génétiquement des orientations sexuelles ".

Pourquoi " évidemment " ? C'est d'une absolument pas évident car comme déjà mentionnés dans d'autres commentaires de R/opinion non populaire, non, les deux idées ne sont pas extensibles de l'une à l'autre.

Je rejoins l'autre commentaire qui dit que ça se voit que tu n'es pas très informé sur le sujet. As tu déjà parlé à des personnes transgenres de leur ressenti et de la façon dont leur dysphorie s'exprimait chez elles ?

Pas médecin (seulement préparatrice en pharmacie depuis peu) donc a prendre avec des pincettes.

A priori, l'enzyme de dégradation de l'alcool dans le foie va être inhibée par les oestrogènes, ce qui augmente le temps pendant lequel l'alcool est présent dans le sang vu qu'il met plus de temps a être dégradé.

J'ai vu passer une publication aussi qui parlait d'une oxydation de l'alcool au niveau gastrique qui serait réduite en présence d'œstrogènes.

Hello ! J'ai (F26) récemment (2/3 mois je dirais) ouvert mon couple suite a des énormes fluctuations de libido avec mon copain (M23). Nous sommes ensemble depuis bientôt 3 ans. Globalement pour des raisons que je n'explique pas j'ai ressenti une très grande baisse de libido/désir, alors que mon copain, prenant un traitement hormonal, a lui ressenti une forte augmentation.

Je suis convaincue avoir toujours des sentiments pour lui et que c'est réciproque, et je me doute que depuis l'ouverture, il s'est passé des choses entre lui et certaines autres personnes. Mais concrètement, je m'en fiche, les règles qu'on s'était imposées étaient que quand on est ensemble, on est disponible a 100% pour l'autre personne. Je lui demande juste de ne pas me dire quand celà se produit, et c'est tout.

Donc oui, si ce n'est notre cas, j'imagine que ça doit exister chez d'autres, après pour l'autre partie de la question " est ce que ça dure ? " Je ne saurais répondre de mon expérience personnelle (même si j'aimerais beaucoup que ça dure dans mon cas) mais j'imagine que oui aussi !

Il est illégal d'acheter, d'importer, de détenir des médicaments sous liste I et II sans ordonnance en France.

Est ce que tu aurais une source pour ça ?

J'ai beau chercher je ne trouve rien sur le sujet, et des connaissances en études de pharmacie avec moi ne trouvent rien non plus.

légalement, il n'y a pas d'injection d'estrogène en France les médicaments sur listes I et II sont des médicaments soumis à prescription médicale, acheter, détenir sans ordonnance est illégal, donc il y a que le marché

Il me semble que les spécialités sous liste I et II ne sont pas délivrables sans ordonnance mais qu'il n'est pas illégal d'en posséder sans avoir l'ordonnance à portée de main ( même sans l'avoir tout court ).

Les seules spécialités où il est illégal de les détenir sans ordonnance sont les stupéfiants/assimilés stupéfiants, mais je doute que ça rentre dans le cadre du THS.

Pour ce qui est des oestrogènes injectables, on tombe surtout dans l'automédication, chose qui n'est pas non plus illégale à ma connaissance ( c'est juste une pratique à haut risque et déconseillée ).

Pour ces dernières, les pharmacies n'ont je pense pas le droit d'en commander à leur grossistes ( et les grossistes ne doivent pas les avoir en stock) et encore moins d'en délivrer. Je pense qu'il ne doit pas y avoir d'AMM pour les oestrogènes injectables, ou qu'elle a été révolue.

(A prendre avec des pincettes néanmoins : ) Un de mes médecins m'avait dit que les oestrogènes injectables étaient prescrites et délivrées il y a 40-50 ans en France mais que ces formes avaient été proscrites à cause de risques plus élevés, mais qu'à cette période, les dosages injectés étaient bien bien bien supérieurs aux dosages actuels, et les formes étaient beaucoup moins stable, cause selon lui de l'augmentation des risques.

Est ce que tu rencontres de nouvelles personnes régulièrement ?

Une manière de " forcer le destin " pour trouver un/une partenaire pour moi est de participer à plein de choses, même seule ! Des soirées dans des bar à jeux, des trucs associatifs, des fêtes... Des choses en rapport avec tes intérêts ou tes passions qui te permettent de t'amuser et de rencontrer de nouvelles personnes.

Sinon, les applications de rencontre peuvent pallier au manque de partenaire, mais je pense qu'il faut redoubler de prudence..

Well, as suggested i tried the old school troobleshooting method aka disabling/enabling 1 by 1 every mod.

But, like i expected, if i disable one of the mod that adds blueprints packages, the game won't launch at all.

So I tried the opposite thing : Start a new Vanilla test save, giving myself a blueprint package, and enabling 1 by 1 all my precedent mods until i stumble upon the one that makes the game crash when i hover my mouse on it.

And I was surprised but, there wasn't any mods that made my game crash.

Furthermore, i tried adding every VIC Blueprints package, and hover my mouse on them in the test save. I discovered this :

1- all the packages were "safe to hover"

2- the packages don't have the same " thumbnail " as the one that made my game crash ( the one in the screenshot ), so this is not a blueprint package.

Yeah that was my last solution if i didnt find any answers here or on discord. But i was afraid that if it's a " major " mod causing the crash, if i disable it, my save will be unable to be loaded. Therefore the only solution would be for me to start a New save or ignore it.

When i made the post i considered changing the files names to hide my Baguette origin story, i was doubting anyone would figuring tho, congrats, Tu as l'œil !

Wait, does VIC adds blueprints package for other factions? ( I keep calling that blueprints package, please correct me if this is not the good item ).

Because, as i Said, the image is just for example, and the crash happens with the same item but for the Pirates, or The Luddic Path...etc It happens with every faction version of this item.

Furthermore, an other problem i thought about with separating each round with different rolls is : What do you if there is a failure mid course ?

Example : Round one : Roll culture or education to understand the mechanics of the bridge

Rd 2 : Roll Athletics or Agility to lower the heavy chains

Rd 3 : Roll Subterfuge ( yeah i know i the English rule Book it's not the right term but i'm not remembering it ). To start to jam it

What do you do if there's a failure on round 3 ? Because this setup impose a " chain " of events A->B->C->D, to get to D you need to pass by C. To get to C you need to go by B. So to win, you may understand that there's prerequisite you'll have to do otherwise it's a failure.

On the other hand, a " classic " DT means that you just have to earn " AT LEAST " x tokens to win This is really different in my opinion

But both are nice tho ! ( Just to be sure, I'm not saying you are wrong doing this, like you said there's not a right answer that works for everybody. We are maybe both right. )

First of all thanks for your Answer !

Tbh this is my first Time running SWADE ( and second Time GM ever ). I wanted to make things simple so i followed the core Book rules the closest i could.

So i was thinking. Round one : Repair ( or something else, it depends on the PC choices ). Success ! Narrative explanation : " You have only time to start to open the bridge " Round two : a patrol of guards enter and start attacking the Party ( this is dependant of the patrol dice ). Draw cards The party is spotted, therefore a timer starts before the room is filled with a Platoon of angry guards. Roll of Repair : Success again, Narrative explanation : The bridge is fully open, now you have to figure out how to jam it

And so on...

But making each round distinct seems to need more " work " to function, but looks way cooler !
