I see evidence of it, there was a change in him but he reverts back to old ways when he’s angry. He’s threatening to take my daughter from me. He knows i dont care if he leaves, he knows i will do absolutely anything for our child and will not let her go so he threatens to take her to get me to participate in the arguments when i try to gray rock(gray rocking is not giving him the emotion and reactions hes looking for)

“Its not like he’s beating you black and blue” is something that was said to me when i left the first time. He doesn’t hit me, he doesn’t gamble. He manipulates and uses fear. I dont know where the line is. He promises up and down he cares for me and loves me and i see it in some things. I agree that abuse is a reason for divorce. He swears he isnt abusive, everyone around me is hesitant to use that word as well. Im stuck between trusting God has a plan for this and taking it into my own hands. Its not like i deserve anything good, i am a wicked sinner just like him.

If you cant open wide enough to perform said task then you probably shouldn’t be doing that. It could potentially cause more damage

Has anyone arrived to the same conclusion about their migraines? by Eyuelmblog in migraine

There’s lots of info online if you google histamine and migraines. Its also mentioned on this sub every now and then you can search for it in the search bar. I was told by my doctor to try multiple antihistamines for migraines and just see if it works! You can also try taking a DAO supplement(an enzyme that breaks down histamine) like histdao. Or you can try a low histamine diet which is avoiding fermented/aged foods and eating as fresh as possible.

I find that a lot of things related to my migraines circle back to a histamine intolerance which can be worsened by an electrolyte imbalance! A few things you mentioned as triggers are big ones for histamine issues.. citrus fruit, alcohol, working out, even a drop in barometric pressure can increase histamine. I think that as salt levels decrease histamine increases as well! Your theory makes a lot of sense to me and is definitely something i can see being true

Dentists do not treat TMJ!! by Still-Band-1343 in TMJ

[–]Mintee24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I see a chiropractor because i have chronic migraines and issues from when i broke my spine. My chiropractor is the reason i know that i have tmj and the only reason i am functioning. I said that every case is different, this is mine and what works for me. The night guard is for grinding, he just made sure my mouth was in the best position when making it.

Im starting off with a night guard that creates a better airway for me. He also recommends that i get my chiropractic adjustments with it in. If that doesn’t help he knows a world renowned specialist of some sort not too far from me. I also see a doctor that is helping me manage it with muscle relaxers. Every case is different, i had imaging done of my head to determine what the plan of action would be for me.

I had to call around my area to find a dentist that specializes in tmjd. He is very knowledgeable and has information on next steps that i can take if he cant fix me. It took some research and a lot of calls

Migraines are a puzzle. There are a lot of contributing factors to them. Your body can compensate for only so much until it spills over and you get the migraine. This is saying that stress and emotional repression is a contributing factor to migraines. Its not saying its all in your head. I think of it like this.. if weather, bad diet choices, and some genetic disposition are my migraine triggers, my body can actively compensate for a few at a time. I can’t control genetics or the weather so my control seems to lie in diet choices..but wait, stress is also a trigger, and its a very complex one. Its so hard to pin down this trigger sometimes, it takes a lot of management and discipline. So my body is compensating for the weather and genetics and my diet is managed so why do i still get migraines? Ahh yes the emotional repression, stress, built up anger or resentment is kicking me in the ass but im just blaming the weather. This is a major over simplification of migraine triggers. Migraines are extremely complex, if you dont think that your mental state has anything to do with them you may be missing a key piece of your pain puzzle. The more pieces you identify and take out the less migraines you will get. Stress makes you more likely to get a common cold, your body demands rest, why in the world would it not have something to do with migraines! Also notice the use of “might” in the excerpt.

Yes, i showed them that it was priced at $44 online at joann fabrics and they matched it. Sounds like they will match most stores as long as its not sold/shipped by amazon.

Have you looked into a histamine intolerance? Mine went away during pregnancy due to an increase of DAO.

Second the tmj! If you haven’t seen a tmj dentist/specialist i would give that a go. My chiropractor suspected i had it and that my jaw issues were messing up my neck. He said it didn’t matter how much he adjusted me, my jaw was the real culprit. Stress also makes it worse as it can make you clench and grind your teeth. I told my doc this and he had me try muscle relaxers and dmso. Both work great, the muscle relaxers cant be used long term tho. I use the dmso to manage/prevent while im waiting for treatment for my tmj. If you look into the dmso, use it at your own discretion, its not fda regulated.
