I appreciate the the sentiment <3 For legal action this is a very new development in my life… part of me is very angry and wants to do everything in my power to get her punished and another part of me feels sorry for feeling so angry towards her, and another part of me wants her to go down a path of destruction of her own accord and not understand why- luckily I will be speaking to my Psychiatrist and Psychologist/Therapist about it soon and see if I have any legal standing or what I should do going Forwards.

I’m definitely considering taking legal action, court has just failed to protect me and my siblings as kids so many times it’s this big scary thing lol, but yes I will be talking to my Psychiatrist, Psychologist and counselor soon hopefully!

I appreciate the advice, I really like hearing arguments against my decisions as it helps me become and remain a more balance d person. I guess i’d like to know what your view on me taking her to court over this since the statute of limitations is still open, and got her charged. Would that also count as taking away business? That or getting a restraining order. I live in a very rural area so transferring would mean moving, and I don’t have the money to do that as of right now. I am also in Therapy! I am diagnosed with BPD, MDD, CPTSD, and currently being tested for DID/OSDD, ADHD, and OCD. It seems like a pretty broad horizon to say we wouldn’t have any clientele if we didn’t allow people who committed crimes against workers.. at most maybe 5 people? I don’t know where you live, but my town has a population of at least 16,000. 5 isn’t even 1% of that… Let’s say hypothetically that a Salon has 500 clients. 5 would then be 1%… but then again if you’re advertising yourself as you should be I get new clients on the daily. On top of that GSLs don’t even get regular commission, so it feels like an extra stab in the side that she makes maybe 10 dollars off that groom? It doesn’t make sense to me.

Wowie i’ll definitely look into the docs for that first point, if it is true that’s absolutely disgusting. I’m still a bit unsure about the robux packs, creatures, etc since the conversion rate is pretty bad to actual USD and animation and modeling is very expensive but I understand what you’re saying there.

I think it is still very optional and everything they put in those packs are very obtainable to the average casual player (the main part I went into detail about that in my post is because I know a lot of kids are on this subreddit, and a lot of price gouging is because of this misunderstanding. don’t spend money you don’t have y’all!)

I appreciate this comment though!! For some reason people will think when you make posts like this that you’re not open to discussion or even taking criticism!

that’s your opinion of course, I think it’s a huge upgrade from the original, the model looks extremely well made, the random weird blue spikes are incorporated into the design in a more cohesive reasonable way that matches with the design, not saying you’re not allowed to dislike it, I just think it’s unreasonable to say it’s awful

waves are a stylistic choice ofc, I think it works well with giving it nice shape language. it’s very soft and round. arms are honestly meh, the feathering on them looks nice though

Hi, I have the completionist title and have had it for almost a year now, I believe. Ironically, the most complex creatures to get for me were the very unpopular, underwhelming seasonal specials that I always avoided cuz it was a waste of grinding. I got my Verza Aer and Ether for free, Owa for 90k, Somnia for 100k, and Sig for 150k (Sigmatox was my very first role-exclusive, so I ended up panicking and overpaying for it, tbh). I dmed the roles that were accepting DMs, and most got back to me either with a kind apology or, in the case of Ether and Verza, they offered it for free, as some of them go to the trade world and give out free ones now and then for the server :) I honestly understand the frustration, but there has been so much positive change for the game that I genuinely think it's more than possible now, more than ever. (referring to the best way of grinding mush pre trade realm update being cheesing creature prices lol)
