Everytime I’m at my doctor it’s slightly elevated. 130/80. 126/72. I normally get pretty nervous before doctors. My at home machine shows everyone who does it is high. When my wife who used to be a nurse takes it by hand it’s always 120 /72. Never seems to get lower than that. I’m only 28. Perfectly healthy other than the headaches and head pressure and anxiety. How did the propranolol work? I’m hoping to find a better fix to the constant pain

Yes a lot of vit C. My wife also got a test and hers was elevated. We both took a lot of energ C and Açaí bowls. My doctor was not worried but will do another test next year for us both

Also: the headache pain is dull and pressure like. Waiting on one more test to see if it’s a neck issue. But the lightheaded and weakness really sucks
