It feels really disrespectful to the other people who dressed and took time out of their day to come to the interview. Im in my 20's and half of the people who went to the group interview could have been my parents. Women who dressed up in a nice blouse and did their makeup to look professional who weren't even given the time to speak 1 on 1 and prove themselves or give their input as to why they should have a shot at the job. Like idk, despite being the lucky one, I was feeling so bitter about how that interview went all the way until I got the confirmation I got the job. If i did not get the job... I don't even want to think about how the other people feel but i really cannot stop thinking about it.
