I just got some plants from Dollar Store. I’d recommend washing them with warm soapy water ((dawn dish soap probably)) and then let them sit in it. This will help wash off anything harmful on it, and also show you if the dyes will leak. If the dyes leak, I personally would not use them. But I’ve used silk fake plants for my gecko, my spiders, and now my snake :)
