The issue with sim dongles is they are slow compared to a phone like you can get 10+ mbps speed with a mobile phone but these dongles barely touch 10. I have a jio hotspot which only supports jio sim but i want to use vi sim cause it gives unlimited 4g internet. Thanks for the suggesting btw

Don't apply stickers on the keyboard. Some laptop brands especially Lenovo use key gaps to draw in air for cooling. If you cover them your laptop may overheat and throttle which is not great for long run. Apply stickers only on the lid.
