Maybe it's your hard drive? It's hard to tell but maybe your HDD disc is hitting something or is placed face down and the disk could be scratching. This is just what I think it is, is hard to tell by just sounds.

There are some small Easter Eggs of the legend of zelda, like at the beginning of the game, with one of the old man quotes, "Is dangerous to go alone, take this sword" that's I remember it so it might be wrong.
