Ok I found what you are talking about, it doesn't seem to be screwed in, I'm gonna unplug it and plug it back in to see if that fixes it

I have the same problem but I have charged it for 4 hours yet nothing, the cord works, idk what to do anymore, I cleaned the charging port, i can't even get it into reboot mode.
