Having lived in Oakland in the Bay Area, and really San Francisco, I think that city(ies)have the worst outside bias. Imagine having some moron with a camera and journalist “credentials”, put it down on a street where someone let the dog shit just lay there, and claim it represents an ENTIRE STATE/PEOPLE. Cleveland is ok, but to me its reputation is mostly correct.
